TAG Heuer chronograph - Aquaracer Chrono

I thought if I was going to make a hub about some product I might as well choose a product I own and which I like very much.

The TAG Heur Aquaracer Chrono has been my everyday watch for some time now and I can only say it is a great watch.

I got it from a trade with some friend who wanted one of my older bikes.

I must be honest and admit I was not very receptive to the idea at the beginning but he was so persuasive that I finally accepted the deal.

And now I am a happy owner of one of the best watches I know of:

Since I got my first cellular phone I stopped to wear a watch but now that I have such smashing piece of Swiss machinery I never leave home without it on my wrist.

TAG Heuer is a Swiss watchmaker company formed in 1985 but who started to make watches back in 1860 by the hand of Edouard Heuer. Nowadays it is very well known for its sports watches and chronographs.

In 2007 TAG Heuer has won the iF product design award for its Monaco Calibre 360 LS Concept Chronograph. The award was given away by the International Forum Design Hannover GmbH, held in Hanover, Germany.

The watch received the prestigious award in the Leisure/Lifestyle category. It was chosen among more than 2,200 timepieces presented by watchmakers from 35 countries.

In 2006 another TAG Heuer watch, entitled Professional Golf Watch, won in the same Leisure/Lifestyle category.

The design of the Professional Golf Watch was developed with Tiger Woods.

It is very comfortable and it does not even bother my wrist scars like other watches I own.

I never liked metal watch bracelets very much but this time I loved the feeling and the contact with such smooth watch bracelet.

Even though predilections should not be argued I risk to say they are all beautiful and full of élan.

The construction quality does not leave any room for bad critics with its solid steel case and the scratch resistant sapphire crystal.

And now after several heavy hittings against hard objects I can predict you this watch can resist about everything.

Thanks to its screw down crown and case back it is highly water resistant and able to stand pressures like the ones you would found 300 meters under water (not that I am willing to try such a dive to confirm LOL).
